First of all, I will share how I earn a living, then I will share with you somethings about me!
Because of my skill listed above I am a property trainer and property mindset coach and I help people learn how to be brave and knowledgeable about the world of property and how they can make passive income from it. I work with two other colleagues who have become great friends of mine. I will share more later.
I have had a very exciting life, someone thought I must be in my eighties to have fitted so much in!
I love to travel and have been in a huge number of countries in the Tour Operator world, my love of people and kids gave me a vast opportunity to live a nomadic life where I learned that ‘living’ was what we are all here for.
I see so many people stressed, unhappy and living to work that I wanted to find a way to help them. This led me to studying NLP, Hypnosis, Symbiodynamics and I built a Coaching and Personal Development Practice, working with county councils to help people back to work, self esteem issues and helping adults with mental challenges that were creating barriers to their life.
In 2007 I met my colleague Vicki Wusche at a conference and she and I hit it off.
Vicki is incredibly knowledgeable about property and has studied and learned how to make money through investing in property. She is a great communicator and teacher and is so passionate about it. As a result of knowing her and learning from her, my family and I began our path to property investment.
Vicki liked my values and my passion for life and people and we decided to work together.
We created Ways to Wealth with another brilliant lady called Lorna Griffiths and now run a Coaching and Training organisation focused on helping people to make money from their property knowledge.
We provide our knowledge in a way that allows people to build their trust in us, we want people to like us and share our values. When talking about wealth, we know that it can sound like a ‘get-rich’ scheme and a priority to us is to have a strong reputation of being real and honest.

2. Low Cost Webinars (£47) and Seminars (£97)
- Held in London with an aspiration to take this Nationally once our Mentoring partners are ready
- We can provide a Group Coaching pricing to reduce the investment and will offer this to anyone when attending our events
3. Three-Day/ Two Part event (£692)
For up to 30 delegates we take you through a 2-day training course and then one day on location visiting the properties we recommend
4. Accountability Coaching Course (£125 per session discount when 12 booked together)
Provided on a 121 Coaching basis, we can work intimately, understanding you closely and ensure you move forwards with your goals. This is available for 6 or 12 sessions depending o your budget and motivation to accelerate fast.
5. Business Development Program (£3,700)
121 Coaching over 12 months providing very close monitoring of your progress and assisting in all aspects of running and building your property business with introductions to key specialists to ensure you spend as little time on the administration and legal side, protecting your time and money.
6. Mentoring program (£7,500)
The pinnacle of anyone’s knowledge is when they can pass it on to others. We have developed a program that is strong and has a proven ROI. During 2011 we would like to find 5 Business partners who would like to work closely with us, passing on our knowledge and materials to them so that they can build a business beyond property investment into training and coaching.
