When you’ve tried every diet under the sun and still haven’t used that gym membership what can you do to lose weight and keep it off ?

If you know that you need to eat less and move more what might be stopping you ?  For hypnotherapists the answer lies in  your subconscious mind.  It usually does when it’s a habit that just won’t respond to logic or reason.  Everyone wants a healthy body so why would anyone want to sabotage that ?

Hypnosis is a means of communicating with this particular part of the mind and persuading it to let go of any obstacles to change.  It is also a great way to make sure that the motivation needed is maintained over the long term .

It also helps to lift the many negative emotions surrounding body image and does so by the use of positive suggestion. Positive self-talk is useful but using it under hypnosis makes it long-lasting.

So if all else has failed and you are worried about medication or surgery, give hypnosis a go.
